• Imagine yourself surrounded by abundance
Now, take slow deep breaths and really feel yourself free of those things. Release them like blowing a feather from the palm of your hand. Send love to them as you are releasing them.
Tonight, when the moon is out, go outside and tell the universe all of the things you are grateful for. Really feel the gratitude in your heart. The stronger the feelings of gratitude and love the stronger the energy will be. Remember to include your challenges because they help to form who we are.
Try to make this a practice that you repeat. It is the key to manifesting the life you want. Start with these and then work yourself up to more specific things. I think it is important to clear yourself of the toxic emotions because that will open up your heart for so much more.
